Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
  • The company plans and sets marketing strategies to suit each brand and each distribution channel.
  • Maintain and allocate budget to be worthwhile and profitable.
  • Plan a promotion
  • Summarise the results of the marketing report to the Head Quarter, analyze the results and find ways to improve them when they do not meet expectations.
  • Maintain both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Planning and establishing marketing strategies for sales channels through BMK Live.
  • Responsible for the company's online media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube).
  • Create content, maintain and coordinate with marketing teams and influencers to create content.
  • And the ability to understand online marketing through Facebook Ads, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Present a new idea
  • Other Assigned Tasks
Properties
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts or other related fields.
  • Leadership, good forensics, human relationships.
  • Be creative
  • Experienced in the Campaign with BMK Live
  • Having experience marketing cosmetics will be given special consideration.
  • Understand the nature of online and offline marketing
  • Good communication skills, data analysis and negotiation.
  • Be able to communicate in English (if Korean is understood, it will be given special consideration)

Digital and Content Marketing
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the company's online media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok).
  • Create content, maintain and coordinate with marketing teams, KOLs and influencers to create content.
  • Follow up on social media and online discussion issues and related businesses for analysis to make the work more efficient.
  • Manage Crisis Management that takes place on online media.
  • Take care of answering questions, talking on social media.
  • Establish ad shooting campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and GoogleAds.
Properties
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts or other related fields.
  • Be creative
  • Think and write Marketing Campaign and Content well.
  • The campaign can be launched on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Twitter.
  • Good communication skills, data analysis and negotiation.
  • Be able to communicate in English (if Korean is understood, it will be given special consideration)
  • There's an interest in cosmetics, skincare, and K-Beauty.
  • Understand the nature of online and offline marketing

Sales and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers and retailers both wholesale and retail and online.
  • Sales plan to increase sales to meet the company's target.
  • Boot in various areas to introduce the brand to customers.
  • To provide media for the sale of goods and services, bids, and contracts for the purchase of men.
  • And coordinate the delivery of goods to the relevant parties so that customers can receive the goods on time.
  • Coordinate between marketing teams to plan sales.
  • To prepare a weekly/monthly/quarterly/year sales summary for presentation to management and staff.
Properties
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or related (unlimited to fields, if capable)
  • Have experience selling consumer products (If you have experience selling cosmetic products, you will be given special consideration.)
  • Highly responsible, meticulous, well-functioning under pressure.
  • Leadership, observation, and problem solving are good.
  • Have negotiation and sales presentation skills
  • Have a good heart for service/personality/human relations
  • Have analytical thinking skills, numerical calculations skills, and can use Excel at a good level.
